Customer satisfaction is a top priority at Ergobaby. We feel confident that we offer products and accessories that are of the highest quality and comfort, and we hope you feel the same way. We also realize there can be a learning curve to using any new product. If you are experiencing difficulty assembling or using any our product(s) or have general questions, please contact us prior to initiating a return, we are happy to help! Order Cancellations: Once an order has been sent to our fulfillment location(s), it is already processing for shipment and it cannot be canceled.
If you’ve purchased Ergobaby products from one of our authorized retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.
Items purchased directly from Ergobaby.com are returnable within a 30-day period from the date of purchase. Items must be in like-new condition, in the original packaging and have a valid proof of purchase. Please submit returns through our return portal found here. A return will only be accepted if the customer has completed the returns process through our automated system (at the provided link) prior to sending the item(s) back. Any package returned without a valid return label issued by Ergobaby clearly marked on the outside of the box, will be refused. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Metro+ Strollers and Bouncers are eligible for free returns. Return shipping of all other products is determined by location and weight and will be quoted during your returns process in the portal.
Please allow 2 weeks from the delivery of your return for Ergobaby to refund your original form of payment (return shipping costs are excluded from your refund).
